TRAVELLING
When next travelling in the car or by public transport, ask your child to observe landmarks (hospital, big tree, traffic light, school, etc.).
When at your destination, ask them to locate a position from your description.
For example, ‘I am a place where birds can rest. What am I and where am I?’ (The big tree between the hospital and the traffic light.)
