Stomp, clap, wiggle!

Using small pieces of paper, create a set of pictures and symbols with your child that represent different actions, such as stomp, clap, skip, stand tall, wiggle, etc.

Discuss what types of pictures and symbols best represent the intended movement when creating each card.

Play some music for your child to dance to.

Pause the music at random points and select one card to hold up at the same time.

Your child needs to use their body to represent that movement.
