Signs all around us

As you are walking or driving through your local streets, ask your child to identify different signs, such as traffic signs (e.g. stop, give way, keep left).

Ask them what they notice about the signs and why they are used.

For example, why are some signs red and others green?

Or why do signs use different shapes?
