Paddocks

This game of strategy can be played by two players. You each need a coloured marker or pen, and some dot paper.
You can create this dot paper in the following arrangement by drawing dots on a piece of paper:
The object of this game is to create as many square ‘paddocks’ as possible.
Each player takes a turn and joins two dots together.
When one player closes a square, they ‘own’ that paddock and colour that square in their colour.
When you close a ‘paddock’ then you must join two further dots.
A player’s turn ends when they join two dots together without creating a paddock.
The player with the most paddocks on the game board wins.
