Letterboxes
OUTSIDE
When walking through your neighbourhood, ask your child to notice the number on the houses and/or letter boxes.
What patterns can they see along their street?
What about on the opposite side of the street? (Perhaps they notice that the numbers go up by two on each side of the street).
Ask your child to predict what number the next house will be as you walk.
