I spy with my little eye

This game involves choosing an object and describing its features and functions for your child to guess.

Encourage your child to also use their bodies to gesture the object’s parts or features.

For example, your child may choose a lamp. They might say, ‘I spy with my little eye, something with a long, skinny part’.

While describing this part of the lamp, they might also stand up straight and tall to imitate it.
