I am a machine

Ask your child to choose a machine and act out how it works for you to guess.

For example, your child might pretend to be a rubbish truck.

They might gesture the wheels turning around as they drive through the neighbourhood.

Next, they might use their hands to gesture, picking up a bin and tipping it into the back of the truck.

Or, they might choose to be a washing machine and act out how the lid shuts and the drum spins in different directions during a wash cycle.
